The challenge

What holds e-commerce operations back

Selling online is the visible part. Behind every order sit stock, fulfilment, delivery, payment and returns, and each one depends on systems talking to each other.

  1. 01

    Channels that disagree

Marketplaces, web stores and back-office systems each keep their own view of orders and stock, and reconciling them is manual work.

  2. 02

    Fulfilment that does not scale

Receiving, allocation, picking and packing run on tools that strain as order volume and product ranges grow.

  3. 03

    Returns as an afterthought

Every merchant has its own return policy, and without a proper portal each return turns into emails, calls and rework.

  4. 04

    Slow to launch new models

Subscriptions, peer-to-peer selling and new marketplaces need platforms that can be built and changed quickly.

Platforms

Platforms we bring

Proven products and modules from our portfolio, tailored to your operation or connected to the systems you already run.

Parcelmatics

Warehousing & fulfilment

API-first order processing for retailers who outsource fulfilment, and for the providers who run stock on their behalf, from receiving to allocation and pick-up.

  • Allocation by batch number, expiry date or serial number
  • Stock managed directly by the retailer over API
  • Billing for value-added services: storage, assembly and packing
  • Works alongside our first and last mile and carrier technology
Parcelmatics

Returns management

A white-labelled, CMS-based portal through which merchants offer a product return service to their end customers.

  • Order lookup against the merchant’s system, or manual entry
  • Drop-off or scheduled pickup for each return
  • Return shipping charged to the customer or absorbed by the merchant
  • Configurable to each merchant’s return policies and conditions
Bitween

Questions

Frequently asked

Something else on your mind? An engineer will answer.

Ask us directly
We already have an e-commerce platform. Can you work with it?

Yes. Most of our work connects to systems clients already run. Fulfilment, returns, payments and verification each expose their own APIs, and Bitween links them to your store, ERP and marketplaces.

Is the returns portal only for logistics providers?

It is designed for logistics providers to offer returns as a service to their merchants, white-labelled under their brand. It sits alongside our fulfilment technology, so returns and outbound orders run on the same stack.

Can you build a new commerce model from scratch?

Yes. We launched Jibli, our own peer-to-peer commerce app, and delivered a multi-restaurant subscription meal plan platform in Saudi Arabia. We take new models from discovery to launch and support them afterwards.

Do you integrate with Amazon and other marketplaces?

Yes. We delivered a robust Amazon integration for a regional parcel and logistics firm ahead of requirements and timelines, and we build other marketplace connections on the same foundation.
